Assessment version of certain subjects cannot be updated if the marks have been keyed in.
Marks must be reset in order to amend the assessment version.
To update the subject assessment:
- Go to Academic > View Subject/Section > Marks Entry to reset the marks keyed in
- Go to Academic > Manage Subject > Update Assessment
- Go to Academic > Manage Subject Offer > Manage Section > Update Section to amend the assessment version
