Clicking on Learning module will display File Management sublink.
Click on File Management link to access File Management page.
To access Add New Folder page, click on the Add New Folder link as shown above.
To add new folder, perform the following steps:
1. Enter folder name
2. Select location folder
3. Click on Create New Folder button
Verify new folder will be added into the list as shown in the figure below
User is able to delete the folder by clicking on the Delete link as shown in the figure.
Click on Move Folder link to access Move Folder page.
To move the target folder, the following step should be taken:
1. Select which folder
2. Choose order
3. Select the target folder
4. Click on Move Folder button
Verify the chosen folder will be move to the targeted folder as shown in figure.
To access upload file page, click on the Upload File link.
To add new file, perform the following steps:
1. Enter file name
2. Select location folder
3. Select academic session
4. Select subject
5. Select subject section (hold CTRL + select item to select multiple item)
6. Choose file expired date
7. Upload file (maximum file size is 25MB)
8. Choose file status
Verify new file will be added into the list as shown in figure below:
Note: The file will be appear in the student portal where student is tie from the subject section chosen in Add New File function.
