Forgot Password link is provided to let user reset the password by itself. Forgot Password link can be seen in Staff Portal and Student Portal login page as below.
To reset password, please perform steps below.
- Click on the Forgot Password link
- User will be redirected to the Reset Password page. User must fill up the username and email in order system is able to notify user via email.
- Password renewal link will be sent to the user via email.
- Clicking on the renewal link will redirect user to the Set New Password page. Enter the new and confirm password and click Change button to change the password.
- Once done, please login using the new password.
Note: No renewal link will be sent if email is not exist in the system. User email can be added either in System Admin > Manage User or Update Profile.
