This is due to the academic status rules setting is not complete.

Please add the missing rules in Academic > Settings > Academic Status Rules accordingly. 

Then, kindly recalculate student GPA/CGPA using Manual Result Entry in Academic > Student Search > Student Profile > Manual Result Entry (action link).
