User (Lecturer) can enter student attendance from their staff portal.


User may enter student attendance by accessing Academic Module > View Subject/Section.




Then, user need to perform few steps:


1. Choose the Academic Session

2. Choose Faculty

3. Choose Section

4. Choose Action : Attendance Entry

5. Click View List Button


Next, user can enter the student attendance by performing the steps:



1. Enter Date

2. Enter Start Time

3. Choose Duration on the section (Hour and Minute)

4. Tick on the Student Attendance Box (if student present, user can tick the box)

5. Click Submit Button


System will save student attendance and student can view their attendance in the Student Portal.
