GPA and credit hour play major role in indicating whether the student is awarded with Dean List or not. 

In barracudaCMS, system provides user with an option to set the standard of Dean List award. It is either to set general dean list standard which will be used by all programs  or individual program dean's list  standard. Please perform steps below to set the dean's list GPA and credit hour.

General Dean List Standard

General dean list standard can be set in Academic > Settings > General.


  1. Enter dean's list (GPA) by clicking on the field
  2. Enter dean's list (Min Credit Hour) by clicking on the field

Program Dean's List Standard

Each program dean's list standard can be set in Academic > Manage Program.


  1. Enter dean's list (GPA)
  2. Enter dean's list (Min Credit Hour)
  3. Click Save/Update button
