Kindly enable the "Pay Fine" in System Admin > Manage Group Access > Library > Tick "Pay Fine" . Refer the attachment

We are having problem with the library module. There is one student with outstanding fine. So, she paid her fine but when the librarian click the button "Pay" nothing happens. How do we pay the fine of the student? If there is still unpaid "Fine" in the student's side, he/she cannot proceed to borrow books. Please advise.
