User can setup Student Activity by accessing Student Affairs Module > Setting > Violation Category.

Then, access Violation Category action link.

User can add new Violation Category by fill in the following items:

1. Fill in Code

2. Fill in Name

3. Write Description

4. Change Status to Active

5. Click Add
