Import Data feature helps user to import prospect data collected into barracudaCMS using sample CSV provided in the system.

User can Import Data by accessing to Marketing Module > Import Data.

Inside this feature, user can download sample CSV in barracudaCMS system.

Once the template is downloaded and filled up, user can upload the template back into the system.

To import the data, please refer following steps:

1. Choose File
   
2. Select Education Level (not mandatory)
   
3. Select Last Institution (not mandatory)
4. Select Column to Import
   
5. Select Marketing Staff (not mandatory)
6. Enter Remarks (not mandatory)
   
7. Click Submit 

Data will be automatically transferred into the system. User is able to search the prospect in Marketing > Search.
