Result will be released to the student once the final results have been approved by the senate. User has two options to publish or unpublish the result. User is able to publish or unpublish the result either by individual student or by batch.  Once the result is published, student is able to view the results in the Student Portal. To publish or unpublish the result, please perform the steps below.

Individual Student

1. Access to Exam > Student Search > Student Profile > Publish/Unpublish (action link)

2. Tick on the checkbox to publish the result or untick the checkbox to unpublish the result.

Batch/Bulk Publish Result

1. Access to Exam > Publish Result

2. Filter the criteria above (at least mandatory field)

3. Tick on the checkbox and click Publish button to publish the result or untick the checkbox and click Publish button to unpublish the result.
