Online Application form is a platform used to allow student to apply to study in the specific institution via online.
1.1.New Application
New applicant must register first before applying the application form.
Click on the New Application link to access Register for Application page.
To register the account, refer the following steps.
1. Enter name
2. Enter email
3. Enter IC/Passport number
4. Click on the reCaptcha
5. Click Register button
System will notify the institution and applicant on the account registration via email.
System will also redirect applicant to the Personal Info page once the account is registered.
In the Personal Info page, the form is divided into six categories, which are, personal information, program preference, permanent address, mailing address, others and recruited by.
Fill up the information of each categories as below.
1. Personal Information
- Select student type
- Enter IC/Passport number (auto populate from registration form)
- Select salutation
- Enter name
- Enter phone (mobile)
- Enter phone (home)
- Enter email
- Select date of birth (auto populate from IC number)
- Enter place of birth
- Select nationality
- Choose gender
- Choose religion
- Choose race
- Pick marital status
- Pick disability
- Pick study mode
- Select 1st program choice
- Select 2nd program choice
- Select 3rd program choice
- Enter address line 1
- Enter address line 2
- Enter postcode
- Enter city
- Select state
- Select country
- Click Same as above to copy the address from permanent address
OR - Enter address line 1
- Enter address line 2
- Enter postcode
- Enter city
- Select state
- Select country
- Choose hostel required
- Choose room type if required
- Choose marketing staff
- Choose agent name
- Enter others
To add academic background, refer the following steps.
1. Select qualification
2. Click Add Item button. Verify Academic Background page will appear.
3. Enter institution/school
4. Select completion year
5. Choose subject
6. Choose grade
7. Click Add More Item to add more subject
8. Click Save button
The newly added qualification will be displayed in the Academic Background list as below.
Click Edit link to update the academic background information and Remove link to remove the record from the system.
Click Save and Proceed to save the record and proceed to the next tab, which is, Parent/Guardian Info.
In this page, applicant is required to fill up the parent/guardian information as below.
1. Father
- Enter name
- Enter IC/Passport number
- Select race
- Enter address line 1
- Enter address line 2
- Enter postcode
- Enter city
- Select state
- Select country
- Enter occupation
- Enter phone (mobile)
- Enter phone (home)
- Enter phone (office)
- Enter fax number
- Enter email
2. Mother
- Enter name
- Enter IC/Passport number
- Select race
- Click Address Same as Above to copy the father's adrress
OR - Enter address line 1
- Enter address line 2
- Enter postcode
- Enter city
- Select state
- Select country
- Enter occupation
- Enter phone (mobile)
- Enter phone (home)
- Enter phone (office)
- Enter fax number
- Enter email
3. Click Add more contact to add more contact information
Click Save and Proceed button to save the record and proceed to the next tab, which is, Upload Supporting Files.
In this page, applicant is able to upload the supporting files directly from the system.
To upload the supporting files, below steps can be taken.
1. Select document type
2. Choose file
3. Click Upload button
The newly added document will be displayed in the Document list as above.
Click Delete button to remove the uploaded document.
Click Save and Proceed to save the record and proceed to the next tab, which is, Submit Application.
Before submission, applicant can check the information entered by clicking on the Preview Form button.
Applicant will be redirected to the page as below.
Once all data is entered and verified, applicant can submit the application form by clicking on the Submit Application button.
In order to submit the form, applicant must fill up at least one information of academic background, parent/guardian information and one supporting file, or else, system will block applicant to submit the application form.
Applicant is no longer allowed to update the application information once it has been submitted.
In addition, both staff and applicant will be notified on the submission of application via email.
Applicant is allowed to logout from the application form and continue to fill up the form later.
Click on the Logout link to logout from the application form.
Registered applicant who hasn't submitted the form can click on Update Application link and key in email and IC/Passport number to update the application information.
Make any changes on the information and click Submit Application to submit the form.
This feature is provided for applicant to check the status of the application.
Click on the Check Application Status link to access Online Application Status page.
To check the status of the application, refer following steps.
1. Insert IC/Passport number
2. Click Search button
The result will be displayed as below.
