In barracudaCMS, we provide user with an option to enable or disable student to print the invoice and receipt via Student Portal.

Both settings can be found in Finance > Settings > Config.

To enable/disable student to print the invoice, user is able to turn on/off the setting called Allow Student Print Invoice.

Given example that the setting is turned on, the student is able to click on the document number in Student Portal > Account Status and print the invoices directly from the system.

While, for Receipt printing in Student Portal, user can access to the Allow Student Print Receipt to enable/disable the setting.

If the setting is turned on, student is able to click on the document number and print the receipt generated from the Student Portal itself.
